Signatory authority letter
Use this when your public register does not list your trustees or directors, or does not list you yet. Print it or copy it onto your letterhead, fill it in, have it signed, then upload a scan or photo in MyFundyPal under Settings, Your sign-off.
- It must be signed by the chair, or by another trustee or director if you are the chair. Nobody can sign their own letter.
- Use your full legal name, as it appears on the photo ID you verify with. A different name, such as a married name, will be checked by a person.
- A board minute recording the same decision, or a governing document that names you as a trustee, is just as good.
- MyFundyPal keeps the letter apart from your other documents, never shows it to AI, and deletes it when you stop being a signatory.
Use your browser's Print command to print just the letter.
